1:2:1 COACHING FOR YOUR AUTHORS
Individual coaching is ideal for your new and/or star authors who you don’t feel are a good fit with group training.
These sessions are tailored to match the needs of a particular author and are perfect for when you need fast response training.
Focusing on one author allows our trainers to provide targeted guidance ranging from individualised breathing techniques for events to helping them master their brand and messaging on a particular social media platform.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR YOUR STAFF
We provide strategic learning solutions that support staff within the publishing industry.
Our professional development support has included media training for marketing and licensing directors ahead of a televised campaign launch, through to performance skills for editors and marketing personnel ahead of panel events, sales pitches, or representing the company at book fairs.
